Setup fee (one-time).

Rs 10,000 for assisted onboarding — free if you self-serve. Covers a Customer Success Manager walking through 5-7 hours of onboarding:

• Property DNA capture interview — the conversation that becomes your AI’s memory of how YOUR property runs
• Playbook setup — SOPs, staff context, emergency contacts
• OTA connect-through — channel manager configured with your existing listings
• Account connections — your own Razorpay (payments), Telegram bot & WhatsApp number. Voice, channel manager and pricing run on Staymulate’s accounts — we set those up for you
• First-week support — we’re on the line when the first real bookings come in
• Orientation on labor and privacy controls your jurisdiction requires (not legal advice — for that, your lawyer)

Non-refundable. The setup fee funds the CSM time before you start paying monthly — we’d rather invest 5-7 hours up-front than half-onboard you.

What the software layer saves vs a management company.

Management companies charge 25-30% of revenue and bundle the platform layer (channel manager, content, pricing, comms, compliance) with the people layer (staff hiring, vendor calls, brand, emergency response on the ground). Staymulate is the platform layer at a flat monthly fee.

A management company takes 25–35% of your revenue — every month, on every booking, for as long as you use them. Staymulate’s platform layer is a flat monthly fee that doesn’t scale with your revenue: the more you earn, the wider the gap moves in your favour. Leaving a management company? What you keep is their commission minus our flat fee — for most boutique properties that’s a large monthly swing, but it depends entirely on your revenue.

Two different starting points. If you’re leaving a management company, you stop paying their commission — what you keep is that commission minus our flat fee. What Staymulate doesn’t do.

We don’t hire, fire, or manage your on-ground staff. We don’t make vendor calls or run supplier relationships. We don’t respond to emergencies on the ground — the AI detects them and instantly escalates to a human, then you direct what happens next. We don’t file your GST, Form C, or other statutory documents — we give you templates, reminders, and prefilled drafts you review and submit. And we take no commission on your revenue. We’re the platform layer, not the people layer — you keep that, with our tools behind you.

Non-India markets.

v1 ships India only. Singapore, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, UAE are paused pending per-market validation: lawyer engagement, ground-truth interviews with 3+ local owners, statute review, market-specific pricing, PII flow audit. We’d rather serve India deeply first than half-serve six markets.
