Does Staymulate support my property?
1-19 room boutique villas, homestays, and small boutique hotels are in v1 scope. F&B + banquet + multi-outlet operations within the 19-room ceiling are also supported. Above 19 rooms is a different product (try Cloudbeds, Mews, or Hostfully).
Which markets do you serve?
v1 ships India only. Singapore, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia, and UAE are paused pending per-market validation (lawyer engagement + ground-truth interviews + statute review + market-specific pricing). We’d rather serve India deeply first.
I’m leaving a property-management company. Can you help?
Yes — this is one of our core segments. The FPMC Transition Playbook is a 4-phase guide designed to minimize disruption when leaving StayVista, SaffronStays, Elivaas, or similar. It covers continuity on bookings, reviews, and revenue, but success depends on execution, market timing, and your guest base’s response. Each client’s scenario is different; we work through it per your contract.

What’s the cancellation / right to leave policy?
You can leave Staymulate at any time with your full property data exported in machine-readable JSON within 30 days of request. No lock-in by design. Covers property DNA, ground truth, bookings, reviews, guests, leads, bills, content calendar, pricing history, compliance documents, audit trails.
