Accessibility Statement

_Last updated: 2026-07-10_

Staymulate is committed to making our websites and booking experience usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

What we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. WCAG explains how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

This is a goal we work toward continuously — it is not a claim of full conformance. Some parts of our sites may not yet fully meet every Level AA success criterion.

Steps we take

Known limitations

We are actively improving accessibility. Areas we know still need work include some richly interactive owner-portal screens and embedded third‑party content (for example, payment or mapping widgets) whose accessibility we do not fully control. We prioritise fixes based on impact.

Requesting an accommodation or reporting a barrier

If you encounter a barrier, or you need information or a booking completed in a different format, contact us and we will help — including assisting you directly to complete any action.

We try to respond to accessibility requests promptly and will offer an alternative way to get what you need while we work on a fix. You may contact us in your own language; we support multiple languages across our markets.

Regional note

Accessibility and language obligations differ by market (for example, Québec residents may request this information in French under Loi 25 / Bill 96). As we launch in each market we localise our public statements accordingly; in the meantime, please use the contact above and we will accommodate your language and format needs.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Staymulate. Please tell us if you find something that does not work for you — it directly shapes what we fix next.
